Our support team may need to analyze an file in order to understand the issue in order to provide support for opening the file. If you have a file pertaining to the issue, which prompts you to contact us for support, and wish to share it with us, please consider sharing the file when you contact us. If the size of a file is less than 10 MB, you can choose to send it as an email attachment. Otherwise, we strongly recommend you use the following methods for sharing files over 10 MB, instead of attaching it to your email. Your email service provider may cap the limit of file attachment size and thus blocks your emails from reaching us.
Please note: We respect your privacy and confidentiality and thus manage our data security very seriously. All information, including any file attachments, data, and knowledge provided to us is confidential and private. We DO NOT keep copies of any file or data voluntarily shared with us after the related support case has been closed.
